As always we provide a bespoke service to our customers, ranging from full management to just cleaning and laundry. please use the below as a guide.

• Friendly proffessional correspondence with guests from start to finish

When a guest makes an enquiry, they will recieve a prompt reply thanking them for their interest. Before a booking is confirmed previous reviews will be checked and the potential guest will be vetted. Harrison-Whites will be on hand to answer any questions in the lead up to and during the stay.

• Welcome maunual created for your home

We will personally create a welcome manual for your home, including the important information needed for a pleasent stay. e.g. WIFI password, how the heating works and anything else you would like your guests to know about your home.

• Fixed-fee cleaning, laundry and ironing

At Harrison-Whites we take the rough with the smooth and offer a fixed fee cleaning and laundry rate for your home. Regardless of how it is left by guests there will be no additional fees (cleaning fees are often covered by Airbnb guests).

• Face-to-face Check-in / Check-out

Many of our customers prefer a personal touch with regards to check-ins. Guests will be welcomed into the home and reassured they can contact us anytime if they have any queries.

• Thorough inspections after each stay

We believe it is important to thoroughly check the property after each stay. That way any breakages can be immediatly reported and dealt with.

• Replenish consumables

Before each stay we will make sure all basic amenities are available. e.g. Toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc.

• On call 24hr 

Generally most information needed by guests will be included in the welcome manual. Occasionaly they may need some assitance and we are happy to be contacted anytime.

• Gardening and maintenance of the property

Harrison-Whites offer a range of property maintenance services (see Landscape Gardening, Painting & Decorating, Building & Renovation ). We offer our Airbnb customers free advice and reduced rates.
